I realy like the "e," althought the "i" and the "v" are less clear.
I agree, E looks good, I is a litte vague. With the V, I find myself looking more at the marks on the hand as the focus. The shape is rounded more like a U than a V.
I agree with what Allan and Rob said. Might be neat to try and find two distinct lines coming together in the texture of the hand to create your "V".
You have a nice concept. I like the letter forms you have so far, but I also agree about the "V". To me it appears to be more of a "U" shape.
The E is very clear and understandable. Nice job. The I isn't as clear as it could be, but it looks very organic. The V on the other hand is just too vague. I think that it looks more like a U then a V. I also find that in your V shot the texture on the hands distracts me from the form itself.
I like the "i" image
I think for the v, you could use the space between two other fingers instead of between the thumb and index (although you could still make it work this way too).. Yes I do think it looks like a U but on the left corner there's a possibility for a V, so maybe cropping would be a good idea if you really like it to be a V.
the E is particularly nice...great tonal range...the V might work better as a U and maybe some of these can zoom in further..eyelashes?
or perhaps a reflection to complete a shape...
i have seen more so I am excited to see where this will go.
the I seems a bit of a stretch...you may find something that feels more natural..the rest of the images are so FLUID.
I like the tonal quality to the images as well as the details in the skin. Compositionally, I think they aren't that interesting. Conceptually I think it's wonderful.
Maybe consider playing around with some lights...
The texture is awesome. I like how it isn't completely obvious what part of the body the pictures are from.
These are interesting I really like what your doing with the tone of the picture I think it gives more emotion to the pictures, but I do think you could be a little more creative with some of your letter like the last one
I really like the E, I had no trouble seeing the v as well. I only had a slight issue with the "i", as it could also be read as more of a lowercase "L". Overall, very nice though.
I wish they were bigger! Focus looks off on your E, interested to see the whole series as it could get repetitive.
i really like the tone in the images and the texture adds a lot to the images. i like the V in particular
the V looks more like a U to me, but i really enjoy the lines found in the hand.
i like the mood of them. nice tonal ranges. very soft feel to them. i think you might want to have a sharper curve for the V, looks more like a U to me
